Welcome to Bugtak Avenue Café. By placing an order through our website, social media pages, or any online platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

• By accessing and using our online ordering services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
• Bugtak Avenue Café reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

• All orders placed online are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Once an order is confirmed, it will be prepared immediately to ensure freshness.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including delivery address and contact number.

• All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments may be accepted via:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • GCash / Maya
  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)
• Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation for non-COD transactions.

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are confirmed and already being prepared.
• Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:
  • Incorrect order delivered
  • Missing items
  • Food quality issues (must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the order)
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but may vary depending on traffic, weather, or volume of orders.
• Customers must be available to receive the order at the agreed time.
• For pickup orders, customers are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure food quality.

• Bugtak Avenue Café ensures that all food and beverages are prepared fresh and handled properly.
• Once the order has been handed over to the customer or rider, we are not liable for:
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery riders
  • Improper handling after dispatch

• Customers must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
• While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who provides false information, engages in abusive behavior, or violates these terms.

• Customer information collected (name, contact number, address) will only be used for order processing and communication.
• We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

• All content, logos, and branding of Bugtak Avenue Café are the property of the business and may not be used without permission.

• Bugtak Avenue Café shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our online services.
